How it Works
Cronacle Mobile Alerting is a subscription service that routes alert information from your Cronacle or SAP CPS server directly to your iPhone. Here’s how it works:
- Cronacle or SAP CPS automatically delivers alerts to the Redwood Alerting Server.
- The alert is passed by the Cronacle Mobile Alerting Service to the Apple Push Notification Service through a secure link managed for you by Redwood.
- The alert is pushed from the Apple server direct to your iPhone.
